Importing Test Results

If you receive test results in bulk (e.g., from a lab or testing device), you can import them via CSV or from a Drager device.

CSV Import​

  1. Go to Tests
  2. Click Import
  3. Upload your CSV file with test results
  4. Review the preview for any errors
  5. Confirm the import

FairTest will match employees and create test records for each row.

Drager Device Import​

If you use Drager breath alcohol testing devices, FairTest can import results directly from the device's export file.

  1. Export results from your Drager device
  2. Go to Tests > Import
  3. Select Drager Import
  4. Upload the file
  5. Review and confirm

Dashboard Quick Upload​

You can also drag and drop import files directly onto the Dashboard for quick processing.

Tips​

  • Ensure employee names or IDs in the import file match your FairTest records
  • Review the error summary carefully before confirming — any unmatched rows will be flagged
  • Imported tests are recorded the same as manually logged tests, with full audit trails
