Batch Testing

Batch testing lets you efficiently log tests for multiple employees from a selection, one after another, without returning to the test list between each one.

How Batch Testing Works​

  1. Open a selection event that has selected employees
  2. Click Batch Test
  3. FairTest queues up all selected employees who haven't been tested yet

Testing Each Employee​

For each employee in the queue:

  1. The employee's name is shown at the top
  2. Test type and GPS location are carried over from the first test (no need to re-enter)
  3. Enter the status, result (if completed), and notes
  4. Capture photos and signature as needed
  5. Click Log & Next to save and move to the next employee, or Skip to move on without logging

Completing the Batch​

After processing all employees in the queue, you'll see a summary screen showing:

  • How many tests were logged
  • How many were skipped
  • Results overview

When to Use Batch Testing​

Batch testing is ideal when:

  • You're testing multiple employees from the same selection at the same site
  • You want to maintain a consistent test type and location across all tests
  • You need to move quickly through a testing session

Tips​

  • Photos and signatures reset for each employee — only the test type and GPS carry forward
  • You can skip an employee and come back to log their test individually later
  • Batch testing is available on both web and mobile
