Selection templates
Selection templates save your commonly used selection configurations so you can create new selections quickly without re-entering the same settings each time.
Purpose
If you regularly run selections with the same pool type, scope, and method, templates let you store that configuration and apply it with one click when creating a new selection.
Creating a template
- Go to Selections > Templates
- Click New Template
- Configure the template:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | A descriptive name for the template |
| Pool type | Where to draw employees from (All Employees, UKG On Shift, Deputy Clocked In, etc.) |
| Scope filters | Optional filters by Location, Region, Department, or Job Classification |
| Selection method | Percentage or count, and the value |
| Exclude recently tested | Whether to skip recently tested employees |
| Notifications | Email, SMS, or both |
- Click Save Template
