Viewing Selection Details

The selection detail page gives you a complete view of a selection event, including the full pool and linked test results.

Accessing Selection Details​

  1. Go to Selections
  2. Click on any selection event to open its detail page

What You'll See​

Selection Summary​

  • Date and time the selection was run
  • Scope (organisation-wide, location, department, etc.)
  • Method (percentage or count) and the number selected
  • Current status (Active, Completed, or Cancelled)

Selected Employees​

A list of employees who were randomly selected for testing. For each employee, you'll see:

  • Their name and details
  • Whether a test has been logged against them
  • The test result (if completed)

Full Pool​

The complete list of all eligible employees at the time of selection, showing:

  • Each employee's sort position (their random order)
  • Whether they were selected or not selected

This full pool record is essential for audit and compliance purposes — it proves the selection was fair and random.

Linked Tests​

Any tests logged against this selection are shown with their results, making it easy to track progress.

Actions​

From the detail page, you can:

  • Complete the selection when all testing is done
  • Cancel the selection if it needs to be abandoned
  • Log a test directly for a selected employee
