Tester unavailability
Record periods when testers are unavailable for testing duties, such as annual leave, training, or sick leave.
Purpose
Marking testers as unavailable helps you plan coverage and avoid assigning selections to testers who are not available. Unavailability records appear on the roster board and are factored into auto-assignment logic.
Viewing unavailability
Go to Roster > Unavailability to see all recorded periods.
A counter badge in the page header shows how many testers are currently unavailable.
Time filters
Filter the list by time period:
- Current — testers who are unavailable right now
- Upcoming — future unavailability periods
- Past — expired unavailability periods
- All — every record
