Tests Export Report

The Tests Export report gives you a complete download of all test records with full metadata.

What's Included​

Each row in the export contains:

  • Employee name and details
  • Test type
  • Test date and time
  • Status and result
  • Tester name
  • Location
  • Selection event reference (if linked)
  • Notes

Filters​

  • Date range — filter by test date
  • Location — tests at a specific location
  • Department — tests for employees in a specific department
  • Test type — filter by type of test
  • Result — filter by result (Negative, Positive, etc.)
  • Status — filter by status (Completed, Pending, etc.)

Using the Export​

  1. Set your filters
  2. Click Generate
  3. Review the results in the table
  4. Click Export CSV to download

This report is useful for:

  • External reporting requirements
  • Sharing data with auditors
  • Importing into other systems
  • Detailed record-keeping
