Selection Schedule Run Log
The Schedule Run Log is an audit trail of every time a recurring selection schedule executed — whether it succeeded, was skipped, or errored.
Using the Report
- Go to Reports > Schedule Run Log
- Set your filters
- Click Generate
Filters
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Date range | The reporting period to evaluate |
| Schedule | A specific selection schedule, or All Schedules |
| Status | All Statuses, Success, Skipped, or Error |
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the schedule ran |
| Schedule | The name of the selection schedule |
| Status | Success, Skipped, or Error |
| Duration (ms) | How long the run took |
| Error | The error message, if the run failed |
Using This Report
This report helps you:
- Confirm your recurring selection schedules are actually firing as configured
- Diagnose why a schedule was skipped (e.g. no eligible pool) or errored
- Build a track record of automated selection reliability for compliance purposes
Export
Export the results as CSV or PDF using the buttons above the table.
