Reports Overview

FairTest provides a comprehensive suite of reports to help you track testing activity, ensure compliance, and analyse results.

Accessing Reports​

  1. Go to Reports from the main navigation
  2. Use the sliding sidebar to switch between report types

How Reports Work​

All reports follow the same pattern:

  1. Set your filters — date range, location, department, etc.
  2. Click Generate
  3. View results in a sortable table
  4. Export to CSV for use in spreadsheets or other systems

Saved Presets​

Save your frequently used filter combinations as presets so you can generate the same report quickly next time.

  1. Set your filters
  2. Click Save Preset
  3. Give it a name (e.g., "Monthly compliance - Head Office")
  4. Next time, select the preset to auto-fill your filters

Selection RosterEvery pooled employee across selection events, showing who was and wasn't selected
Employee ProfileFull profile, selection history, and test history for one or more employees
Notification LogHistory of all sent emails and SMS messages
Schedule Run LogAudit trail of recurring selection schedule executions
Employee Import HistoryLog of employee roster syncs from CSV or HR integrations
Dräger Import HistoryLog of Dräger breathalyser data imports
Test Import HistoryLog of bulk test CSV imports
UKG Punch ReportLive punch-in/out data from your UKG Ready integration
