Notification Log Report
The Notification Log shows a complete history of every email and SMS message sent by FairTest on behalf of your organisation.
This report was previously found under Setup > Message Log. It now lives under Reports alongside FairTest's other reports.
Using the Report
- Go to Reports > Notification Log
- Set your filters
- Click Generate
Filters
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Date range | The reporting period to evaluate |
| Channel | All Channels, Email, or SMS |
| Status | All Statuses, Sent, or Failed |
| Search | Search by recipient or subject |
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the message was sent |
| Channel | Email or SMS |
| Event | What triggered the message — e.g. Selection Created, Positive Result, Selection SMS, Provider Linked |
| Recipient | The recipient's email address or phone number |
| Status | Sent or Failed |
Viewing Message Details
Click any row with content to expand it and see:
- Subject line — the full email subject, if applicable
- Message body — the complete message content
- Error message — if the message failed, the error details are shown here
Export
Export the results as CSV (including Subject and Error columns) or PDF using the buttons above the table.
