The Non-Compliance report lists all tests where the employee refused testing or could not be found.
What's Included
For each non-compliant test:
- Employee name and details
- Test date
- Status (Refused or Not Found)
- Selection event reference (if linked)
- Tester name
- Notes
Filters
- Date range
- Location
- Status — Refused, Not Found, or both
Using the Report
This report helps you:
- Track employees who have refused testing
- Identify employees who were unavailable when selected
- Follow up on non-compliance as required by your policy
- Document refusals for disciplinary or regulatory purposes
Tips
- A Refused status means the employee was present but declined the test
- A Not Found status means the employee could not be located at the time of testing
- Link this data with the selection event to see the full context
