Employee History Report
The Employee History report provides a per-employee summary of testing activity.
What's Included
For each employee, the report shows:
- Employee name and details
- Total tests performed
- Negative results count
- Positive results count
- Refusals count
- Not found count
- Deferred count
- Last tested date
Filters
- Date range — only count tests within this period
- Location — filter by employee location
- Department — filter by department
- Job Classification — filter by job classification
Using the Report
This report is useful for:
- Identifying employees who haven't been tested recently
- Checking individual testing frequency
- Reviewing employees with multiple positive results or refusals
- Ensuring fair and even testing distribution
