Employee History Report

The Employee History report provides a per-employee summary of testing activity.

What's Included

For each employee, the report shows:

  • Employee name and details
  • Total tests performed
  • Negative results count
  • Positive results count
  • Refusals count
  • Not found count
  • Deferred count
  • Last tested date

Filters

  • Date range — only count tests within this period
  • Location — filter by employee location
  • Department — filter by department
  • Job Classification — filter by job classification

Using the Report

This report is useful for:

  • Identifying employees who haven't been tested recently
  • Checking individual testing frequency
  • Reviewing employees with multiple positive results or refusals
  • Ensuring fair and even testing distribution
