Audit Log Report
The Audit Log report provides a complete audit trail of all changes made to test records, helping you meet regulatory compliance requirements.
What's Tracked
Every action on a test record is logged, including:
- Create — when a test record is first created
- Update — when any field on a test record is changed
- View — when a test record is opened or accessed
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | The exact date and time of the action |
| User | The team member who performed the action |
| Test reference | The test record that was affected |
| Action type | Create, Update, or View |
| What changed | Details of the specific fields that were modified |
Filters
- Date range — narrow the log to a specific time period
- User — filter by the team member who made the change
- Action type — filter by Create, Update, or View
Using the Report
The Audit Log is essential for:
