Audit Log Report

The Audit Log report provides a complete audit trail of all changes made to test records, helping you meet regulatory compliance requirements.

What's Tracked

Every action on a test record is logged, including:

  • Create — when a test record is first created
  • Update — when any field on a test record is changed
  • View — when a test record is opened or accessed

Columns

TimestampThe exact date and time of the action
UserThe team member who performed the action
Test referenceThe test record that was affected
Action typeCreate, Update, or View
What changedDetails of the specific fields that were modified

Filters

  • Date range — narrow the log to a specific time period
  • User — filter by the team member who made the change
  • Action type — filter by Create, Update, or View

Using the Report

The Audit Log is essential for:
