Provider Billing
Testing provider organisations have a different billing model to standard employer accounts.
How Provider Billing Works
Provider billing is based on the number of customer organisations linked to your provider account. The more customers you manage, the higher your subscription tier.
Managing Your Subscription
- Go to Billing from the main navigation
- View your current plan and the number of linked customers
- Click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe Customer Portal
From the portal you can:
- View your current plan details
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices
- Adjust your subscription
Customer Billing
Customer organisations created through your provider account do not need their own FairTest subscription. Their access is covered under your provider plan.
If a customer is unlinked from your provider account and wants to continue using FairTest independently, they will need to set up their own subscription.
