Logging Tests for Customers

When you log a test as a testing provider, the process is the same as logging any test — but with automatic provider attribution.

How to Log a Test for a Customer

  1. Switch to the customer's organisation using the organisation switcher in the sidebar
  2. Go to Tests and click Log Test, or log from a selection detail page
  3. Complete the test form as normal — employee, test type, status, result, photos, signature, GPS
  4. Click Save

Provider Attribution

Every test you log while operating as a provider is automatically tagged with your provider organisation ID. This means:

  • The customer can see which tests were performed by your team vs. their own staff
  • Reports can distinguish provider-logged tests from internally-logged tests
  • There's a clear audit trail of who performed each test

Batch Testing for Customers

Batch testing works the same way when operating in a customer's context. Switch to the customer's organisation, open a selection, and use Batch Test to efficiently process multiple employees.

Mobile App

Your field testers can log tests for customers using the FairTest mobile app. They'll need to switch to the correct customer organisation before logging.
