Selections on Mobile

Run and manage random selections directly from your mobile device, using the same process as the web app.

Running a Selection​

  1. Tap Run Selection from the dashboard or navigate to the Selections tab
  2. Choose your pool type — the group of employees to select from
  3. Set the scope — e.g., a specific location, department, or the whole organisation
  4. Choose the selection method — random or manual
  5. Tap Run

The selected employees will be displayed in a list.

Viewing Selections​

From the Selections tab, you can view all active selection events. Tap any selection to see:

  • The list of selected employees
  • Testing progress (how many have been tested)
  • Selection details (scope, method, date)

Logging Tests from a Selection​

From the selection detail view, you can log tests directly for each selected employee. This links the test to the selection event automatically.

Manual Pool with OCR Scanning​

When creating a manual pool, you can use your device's camera to scan employee ID badges. The app uses OCR (optical character recognition) to read employee details from the badge and add them to the pool, saving time when building a manual selection list.

SMS Notifications​

If SMS notifications are configured for your organisation, selected employees can receive an SMS notification when they are selected for testing.
