Mobile App Overview

The FairTest mobile app lets your team log tests, manage selections, and view key data from anywhere.

Download​

  • iOS — available on the App Store. Search for "FairTest".
  • Android — available on Google Play. Search for "FairTest".

You can also scan the QR codes on the Account page in the web app to go directly to the store listing.

Logging In​

The mobile app uses the same credentials as the web app. When you tap Sign In, FairTest opens the web login page in a secure in-app browser. This means all authentication methods are supported:

  • Email and password
  • Google sign-in
  • Microsoft sign-in
  • SAML SSO
  • Multi-factor authentication

After you sign in, your session tokens are returned securely to the app and you're taken to the dashboard.

Biometric Login​

For faster access, enable Face ID or fingerprint authentication:

  1. Go to Account in the app
  2. Toggle on Biometric Login
  3. Next time you open the app, you can authenticate with your face or fingerprint

How it works​

  • After 5 minutes of inactivity, the app locks and requires biometric authentication
  • Your credentials are stored securely on your device using the platform's secure storage
  • You can disable biometric login at any time from Account settings

What You Can Do​

The mobile app supports the core features you need in the field:

  • View your dashboard and key statistics
  • Run and manage random selections
  • Log tests with photos, GPS location, and signatures
  • View employee lists and details
  • Manage your account settings

Roles and Permissions​

The mobile app uses the same roles and permissions as the web app. A Tester on the web is a Tester on mobile — no separate configuration is needed.
