SAP SuccessFactors Integration
FairTest integrates with SAP SuccessFactors to sync employee data and organisational structure into your FairTest organisation.

Connecting to SAP SuccessFactors
Step 1: Select Your Data Centre
Choose your SAP SuccessFactors data centre from the list:

| Custom URL | Enter a custom API host |
The API Host is automatically set based on your data centre selection. If your instance uses a non-standard URL, select Custom URL and enter it manually.
Step 2: Enter Credentials
- Go to Setup > Integrations
- Click Configure next to SAP SuccessFactors
- Select your Data Centre
- Enter your credentials:
- Company ID — your SAP SuccessFactors company identifier
- Client ID — the OAuth client ID for your API integration
- User ID — the API user account
- Private Key — paste the full private key (PEM format) into the text area
- Click Connect to SAP SuccessFactors
Entity Mapping Configuration
After connecting, configure how SAP SuccessFactors entities map to FairTest:

Each mapping shows the found entities below the dropdown, so you can verify the data before proceeding.
Assigning Entities
After reviewing the mapping configuration, go to the corresponding Setup pages and assign the correct SAP SuccessFactors entity to each FairTest record:
- Setup > Locations — assign the SuccessFactors location to each FairTest location
- Setup > Departments — assign the SuccessFactors department to each FairTest department
- Setup > Job Classifications — assign the SuccessFactors job code to each FairTest job classification
Managing the Connection
- Test Connection — verify your SAP SuccessFactors credentials are still valid
- Enable/Disable toggle — turn the integration on or off without losing your configuration
