Your Dashboard
The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you an overview of your organisation's testing activity and quick access to common tasks.
Greeting
The dashboard displays a time-based greeting (Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening) along with your organisation's name.
Setup Checklist
When you're getting started, a setup checklist tracks your initial configuration progress. It covers:
- Locations
- Departments
- Job Classifications
- Pay Types
- Test Types
- Team Members
- Employees
Each item shows a checkmark when completed. Click any item to go directly to its setup page. The checklist disappears once everything is set up.
Stats Cards
Four cards at the top show key metrics:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Tests This Month | Total number of tests logged in the current month |
| 30-Day Pass Rate | Percentage of negative results over the last 30 days. Colour-coded: green (95%+), blue (80%+), orange (below 80%) |
| YTD Positives | Year-to-date count of positive test results. Highlighted in red if greater than zero |
| Active Selections | Number of currently active selection events |
Quick Actions
Four cards provide shortcuts to common tasks:
- Run Selection — start a new random selection
- Log Test — record a new test result
- Manage Employees — go to the employee list
- Reports — open the reports hub
Click any card to navigate directly to that page.
My Assignments
If you have been assigned as the tester for any active selection events, a table displays your assignments with:
- Scope of the selection
- Number of selected employees
- Progress bar showing how many tests have been logged
- Date of the selection
This section only appears if you have pending assignments.
Recent Activity
Two tables are displayed side by side:
Recent Selections
Shows the most recent selection events with:
- Scope
- Number of selected employees
- Status
Recent Tests
Shows the most recently logged tests with:
- Employee name and avatar
- Test type
- Result (colour-coded badge)
Terminology
The dashboard adapts to your organisation's custom terminology. For example, if you've renamed "Employee" to "Donor", the dashboard will reflect that throughout.
