Signing Up for FairTest
Getting started with FairTest takes just a few minutes. The signup process walks you through a 4-step wizard to set up your organisation and account.
How to Sign Up
Go to app.fairtest.com.au/signup to begin. If you already have an account, click the Already have an account? link to go to the login page.
Step 1: Organisation Setup
- Enter your organisation name
- Select your organisation type:
- Employer — "We manage our own employees"
- Provider — "We're a testing provider"
Step 2: About You
Depending on your organisation type, you'll be asked a few questions to help us tailor your experience.
For employers:

Step 3: Plan Selection
Choose the plan that suits your organisation. Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing — annual plans save 20%.

All plans include a 30-day free trial. You can explore all features before your subscription begins billing.
Step 4: Account Creation
Create your account using one of the following methods:
- Google — sign up with your Google or Google Workspace account
- Microsoft — sign up with your Microsoft account
- Email — enter your full name, work email, and password
When using email signup, your password must meet strength requirements displayed on the form.
If your email domain matches an existing organisation in FairTest, domain matching detection will notify you.
By signing up, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (linked on the signup page).
What Happens Next?
Your account is created as the Owner of your new organisation. As the owner, you can:
- Invite team members and assign roles
- Configure locations, departments, and test types
- Start managing employees and running selections
