Free Trial
All plans include a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. This lets you set up your organisation and explore FairTest before committing to a paid plan.
Managing Your Subscription
- Go to Billing from the main navigation
- View your current plan, status, and billing details
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal
From the Stripe portal, you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Subscription Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trialing | Free trial period — all features available |
| Active | Paid subscription is current |
| Past Due | Payment has failed — update your payment method to avoid interruption |
| Cancelled | Subscription has been cancelled |
Tips
- Only Owners and Admins can access billing settings
- Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly
- Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruption
- If your subscription is past due, update your payment method in the Stripe portal
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe
