Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, FairTest makes it easy.

Forgot Your Password?​

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Click Send Reset Link
  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  6. Click the link in the email — you'll be taken to the reset password page
  7. Enter your new password and confirm it
  8. Click Reset Password

You'll be logged in automatically after resetting.

Changing Your Password (When Logged In)​

If you're already logged in and want to change your password:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Enter your new password in the password section
  3. Confirm the new password
  4. Click Update Password

Tips​

  • The reset link expires after a limited time — if it's expired, request a new one
  • If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam/junk folder
  • Use a strong, unique password
