Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your FairTest account from the Account page.

What Gets Deleted​

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

  • Your user profile and login credentials
  • All organisation memberships
  • Chat conversation history
  • Personal preferences and settings

What Gets Kept​

For regulatory compliance, the following records are retained in an anonymised form (your name is removed):

  • Test records
  • Selection event history
  • Import logs
  • Audit trail entries

Anonymised records are automatically purged within 90 days.

How to Delete Your Account​

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to the Delete Account section
  3. Click Delete my account
  4. Confirm in the alert that appears
  5. Type delete my account to finalise

Important​

  • This action cannot be undone
  • You will immediately lose access to all organisations you belong to
  • If you are the sole owner of an organisation, consider transferring ownership before deleting your account
